What is your return policy?

We want you to love your gear. If something doesn’t fit or feel right, we accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Simply email us at info@thespartanathletics.com with your order number, what you’d like to return or exchange, and why. We’ll send you instructions on how to proceed. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What now?

First, we’re really sorry about that. Send us your order number and clear photos of the issue to info@thespartanathletics.com, and we’ll make it right — whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Can I return sale or discounted items?

All sale and promotional items are final sale unless they arrive damaged. Please double-check sizing and product details before purchasing.
